When pedi finished, only wiped out footbath with a towel, no cleaner used. I noticed utencils taken out of the manicurist plastic box so i assumed they were santized. When mani and pedi used, only wiped off utencils with the papertowel used during mani/pedi, and put back into plastic holder. didnt clean or sanitize properly. Floor in shop was very dirty. no frills here. you leave with very dry skin on hands and feet because very little cream used. Their polish selection was old and dried up. I wont be going back.
