I went to this car wash twice. The first time, the job was pretty good for a detailing special without an appointment. The second time, however, was not as good of an experience. I requested that the ""sign in"" person make sure that the back seats were pulled out and all of the cracks vacuumed as this was poorly done the last time. (I don't think one should have to ask for this done in something called ""detailing"".) Upon sign out I asked the person to vacuum the crevices better. I got attitude about it although he did do it. I felt pressured to sign off the slip without inspecting any further. The person having me sign off the slip instructed me to have the ""sign in"" person write down my request to have the space under the seats cleaned next time. As I drove away I realized there was a large wet spot on my seat and there were many spots that were overlooked as well as glopped with the protectant substance. I tried to wipe some of it off and discovered that the clean napkin I had used was brown with dirt. I can only assumed that surface wasn't really cleaned but just sprayed with the shiny protectant spray.
I felt pretty bummed about the price I paid for the service that was received.
Pros: No appointment necessary
Cons: Surly staff member, super noisey waiting area.
