I had been a customer for a long time and noticed that most technicians are not as detailed as they should be for the high price tag. The better ones usually have regular clients and are hard to get an appointment with, you need to plan well in advance. Don't get too friendly with them as they will play nice infront of you but really are just about the dollar. Sadly there is drama and some attitude there as it is a bunch of women in a small place gossiping all day. It also seems that some customers are lavishly rich and technicials brag about how their client take ""care of them with gifts/tip etc"" but it might be a ploy for you to ""step it up"" to the same level. That is crazy to me. My advise would be to make sure you find a technician who is skilled and not to talk to them much. Keep the conversation minimal and don't cancel an appointment or you will be charged. The owners seem genuinely friendly and polite.
Pros: very sanitary, comfy chairs, friendly owner+front desk
Cons: inconsistent+passive aggressive staff & cancellation fee
