Took my sons, 16 & 4, to get haircuts. Oldest wanted a trim for his mohawk-student asked D. Duncan to look at it-he started cutting w/o asking what was to be done-cut the back of mohawk off! Son in tears. Duncan was short with student when she tried to explain-he walked off-hair not trimmed around edges-student did what she could-looked horrible. When I complained to manager and told who messed it up-he told me ""we can't put it back on"". Not even a ""We are sorry"". 4 year old's neck was nicked in two places by the trimmers.
