Were do I start, well this week I got a notice from the Management that This complex has experienced Home Invasions, and they were working with Houston PD to solve, make sure to keep all doors and windows locked even when you are home. Walls paper thin, Big dogs roaming around, NO PARKING, they have less than half the space (UNLESS YOU PAY FOR A SPOT) than they do apts. New folks rent is several hundred dollars less than your renewal rent (they think your Stupid) I don?t know one person that has extended their lease here. Don?t make this mistake. BE SAFE SOMEWARE ELSE.
