We rented a trolley for our wedding day. The trolley picked us up at 3:30 and drove us to our location to get pictures. From the beginning the trolley smelled like exhaust. At around 5pm the trolley was bringing us to the church. About 3 blocks from the church the trolley broke down. The entire wedding party including myself (the bride) hiked up a hill in heels and a wedding dress. We were told after the ceremony anothe trolley would be waiting for us. They brought another trolley and it didn't work either!!! We had to catch another ride. We went back and forth and they didn't want to refund any of our money. We finally got half our money back. The service was over $1,200 and we only had the trolley about 1hour 1/2. Most of this time we were taking pictures and weren't even on it. This is bad business to charge us half when you didn't get us to either of our destinations.
