One of their drivers proceeded to call me and let me know that I would need to walk all the way down 8 flights of steps and back up because he didn't want to since our elevator was broken. When I finally got down there I told him I never want him to deliver at my residence again. He then proceeded to explode like a young, juvenile little boy that he looked like by calling me a b*tch and about 5 other obscenities I won't explain. I complained to the manager and she seemed so lackadaisical and didn't even offer to refund my money, that I had to call back & request to hear from the owner. BEWARE ALL, THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE!!!
