My mother works at Summit Primary Care in the back offices as Supervisor of medical records and I know the girls that work in the back with her are just as nice as they can be. All the front office staff are sweet and patient, as well. Yes, there probably have been a few young girls working in the front office in the past who maybe didn't have alot of experience, but for the most part everyone at SPC is courteous, friendly, caring & helpful, that includes the nursing staff, as well as the physicians & other providers. The employees there just follow policy and I feel there is nothing rude about that.
