At first, I found the owner to be a little distant, but I tend to be overly friendly - especially for a Yankee! If you take the time to talk with her, you will find that she is quite nice and very interesting. It's hard to consign if you go into a shop feeling like you are being judged through your clothing. This shop owner knows her stuff and she knows what will and what will not sell. She is tough, because she has to be - there are a lot of shops out there and the competition is fierce! Give this shop a try as a buyer first. I think you will be impressed with the selection. Take a moment to talk with the owner - she is really quite nice! As far as the prices - well, this isn't Goodwill or the Salvation Army. This woman has rent or taxes to pay!
