1) Robertson Sanitation charges a $25 account set up fee for residential service. Other waste companies do not charge this set up fee.
2) Robertson Sanitation missed two of the first four weeks of pick up service.
3) Robertson Sanitation took over a week to cancel my service. I was told the ""computer system is down"" for a week.
4) After closing your account, Robertson Sanitation requires you to leave their trash can out on the curb for up to three weeks so they can mosey round and pick it up sometime.
Cons: poor service; acct set-up fee; no pick up, etc.
