I have to share this story so that someone else may not have to experience what I did. I had Montbard do the alterations for four girls in my wedding party. I was sure to have the dresses to her a month in advance for plenty of time. As we called and called over the course of the four weeks, she never called us back, never contacted us in regards to the dresses etc. Four days before the wedding and we STILL did not have the dresses nor did she return ANY of our messages. Finally after screaming and yelling, she called us back, acted like it was no big deal (yeah, no big deal bc you are not a bride who has 4 bridesmaids dresses missing, one of who was 9 months pregnant and needed to be assured this would fit) and worst of all , charged everyone an arm and a leg. The day of the wedding two of the dresses had been thrown together so quickly and unprofessionally that we had to yet pay AGAIN for a whole other alteration at the site of my wedding to FIX the horrible work that had been done by Montbard. I am disgusted and can not believe how unprofessional this company handles their customers!!!
