I went to colorist Tiffany Sowersby and got highlights. When I got home, I noticed that she missed coloring a lot of my roots in the back. I e-mailed her right away and asked if she could go over these spots. She said that she has a strict ""no re-do"" policy. I was not asking her to re-do the highlights or the color of the highlights, rather correct her mistakes so that I do not have to try and hide the black roots or pay someone else more money to correct it. I tipped well and she was not understanding. I believe that the customer should always be happy when you are starting off as a new colorist in a salon.
