I went to this place with a diagnosis in hand, CT scans showing my condition (a congenital ureter/UPJ obstruction), and all my other medical records. I saw Dr. Quong. The doctor made get new CT scans for some unknown reason, which cost a lot of money. I know the CT scans I had were good because they were used to diagnose me.
