I chose Hi/Lo Kennel due to their years of experience. My dog is a bit nervous when I am not around & for her first boarding experience I wanted an experienced kennel. As to the comment below that placing a collar on a dog is abuse, get real. Leaving a dog in a kennels for hours on end because he won't relieve himself is abuse. I was willing to pay for play times if necessary. It means the workers are actually paying attention to the dogs and their needs!! I also really appreciate that she was bathed before entering the kennel area as are all dogs. I toured the kennel, it was clean and well kept. The workers took notes as to special treatment for my girl for instance knowing that she does not eat when away from home. Prices were clearly posted on the site. The property is wooded and the dogs are kept in a well fenced private area.
