I loved both Dr Roberts and Dr Turk when they worked here, but both of them have left and I suspect it's because of the vet (Dr Cain) who works there now. She was rude to me and just didn't seem to be a nice person. The staff is very nice but that doesn't make up for a "professional" who is anything but professional. I think that the most important qualities in a vet should be knowledge, a love of animals, and the ability to communicate with the animal's caretakers. I don't know if this vet has ANY of those three attributes. My husband and I are taking our animals elsewhere now, unless Dr Turk or Dr Roberts comes back.
