After minor confusion and an easy solution to a bridesmaid dress dilemma, the staff at the Wedding Library proved themselves to be utterly unprofessional and completely lacking in customer service. The owner/manager actually pointed blame on me and my tailor for a $400 dress that came in an obviously mismarked size. From start to finnish, the entire experience with the Wedding Library was a disaster. You pay top dollar for a dress and get zero in customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone...after they charge your card, they are done with helping you.
