After multiple trips back to the body shop to have issues corrected, my car still is not right. 6 months after they replaced the headlight it went out. When I took it back to them, they said they don't cover headlights.... I took it to the dealership and they said there were fingerprints all over the bulb (a big no no). Queen Anne Auto Body dismissed this and said it wasn't their problem. Now there are problems with the paint chipping off where they painted. Been a very frustrating business to work with and I highly recommend looking elsewhere for body work.
Pros: Helpful when getting your business....
Cons: not so helpful after they have your money
