Embassy dental took over this location a few years ago. Everyone has been nice but I noticed a big change immediately. One visit my teeth are fine and in the next I am given a suggested course of treatment for more than $2000. Then they said okay let's set that up now. I had to literally fight them off to say no. Most was cosmetic stuff and when pressed they agreed nothing was really needed. I went back a few times and got the same pitch every time. Now they want to charge me $25 every time I cancel an appointment less than 24 hours out. I have never missed an appointment, but this too seems ridiculous. It's too bad corporations are taking over dental care. I can't trust them to tell me if something is really wrong. I don't have this problem with my doctor and I've never had this problem with a dentist thus far. Embassy needs to rethink their practices. I quickly found an independent dentist.
