I got a new Honda CRV in August and have only had it serviced twice (oil changes) - both at this Lube Pitstop location. A week after the second oil change I took it to Howdy Honda because the air conditioner blower was making a strange noise. Turns out the tech at LPS had pinched the drain hose (common so they don't get water dripping on them) and forgot to unpinch it after they changed my oil. This caused water to get in my AC blower and start corroding it. Both the dealership and I called the manager and ended up in a screaming match with him trying to back out of any responsibility and telling me it would be awhile before it went out. I told him THIS CAR IS NEW! Honda ended up footing the bill for me. I will NEVER go back . Cons: no accountability more
