Evidently Rosa believes that medication is the key to success. Abilify may be her favorite. Side effects? She'll prescribe something to counter the side effects. Want to cut back or cut down? She won't think that's a good idea. A very good friend of mine suffered a serious fall as a result of the meds she was on. The fall was a gift from heaven, because then she was in good medical hands who knew she shouldn't have been on all that stuff. Fortunately she has recovered and has returned to the wonderful person she used to be. Suggestion: avoid Rosa like the plague.
