Hi. Xenon has served me with an eviction notice based on fales grounds so that he can raise the rent. He tried this before, the day he bought the building. I have no choice now but to file a complaint in court. I am an attorney who has worked as a tenant rights lawyer for Bet Tzedek, a pro bono firm.
