I was just finishing up my laundry and using my laptop while I was waiting for my clothes to be done and the owner walked in and the first thing she said to me was""you can unplug that right now"" I stated I was sorry and would use the battery option. She then Stated"" I don't allow music in here,I want it quiet"" Now I was the only person in this place and was not disturbing anyone.We all know how loud a laptop speaker system is. I also noted to her that she has no hot water in the bathroom for washing hands which I know is a health violation. I can not believe that an owner of a business would treat a paying customer in that manner. As I was leaving three people came in and over heard some of the conversation and as I was walking out they smiled at me and rolled their eyes,like wow I can't believe she talked to you that way.

Cons: Owner is very rude!!!
