I just took my dog to get evaluated at Urban Dog. But the place seemed very cold and uncomfortable. The staff was a little frightening as well. It's not that they were rude, but rather uncaring.
There is no outside area, and the inside looks boring and I don't think my dog would be comfortable. There is also a urine smell upon entering.
I asked to take a look around, but was denied. That made me uncomfortable, why can't I see where my dog is going to be kept???
Well, we will keep on looking for a decent doggy daycare.
