I went to County Stihl on a friends recommendation. I was looking for a part that no other dealer could find for me. I made the drive out there to find that they had a perfectly good used part that they sold me for pretty cheap. The part I needed was off a really old chain saw that the parts were discontinued for. Not only did they have the part I needed to get it running they took the time to help me install it and fix the pull rope right on the spot. Without their key insight and help I would have spent hours at home trying to figure it out only to realize that I couldn't start it because a rope.
