I had the worst experience at posh. i bought at item from them that when i got home realized was defective. I had an award show to go to in new york they next day so i rushed to the store to get something that wasnt messed up.They refused to help me out when i all i wanted was the same thing but not damaged!! The manager was a total idiot and told me that this just happens a lot at the store.....""people trying to return clothes that they have worn!"". I never wore the item it was just pathetic that they could not help me out and on top of that insinuated that i was a liar. I did not want a refund just something that didnt have a tear in it and i was planning on buying more that day so.... they actually lost. I will never shop at posh again and my friends wont either. Oh well the only good thing is they are right next to H Audrey, and i went there and they helped me find the perfect outfit for my event!
