Terrible customer service. Picked up our rental and after driving it home felt it was not steering or braking properly. When I called (less than 1 hour after leaving) to exchange it...after being placed on HOLD for nearly 20 min. FRANK said I could not exchange it, then relented and said OK, but it would take ""a while"" when I asked for him to clarify ""a while"" I was told it would be over an hour. They were not willing to help at all, and I was even told ""there obviously is not a problem since the last customer didn't complain"" please!!!! I will NEVER use this company again. Thank goodness there are other RV rental places available! I'm stuck with this P.O.S. for the next week.....wish me luck!!!!!
