The manager, Holly, one Saturday night, made me, a paying, repeat customer, feel very unwelcome. She chewed out an employee named Aaron in front of me, for simply being friendly to me while I was outside waiting for my take-out pizza. He was simply asking a question and making me, a 60 year old, feel welcome and appreciated. In turn, he was taken to task by his manager, Holly, in front of me. When I asked her about it, she said, flatly, ""I don't have to justify myself to you. This conversation is over."", and walked away. She needs to learn how to have fun and smile a bit.
