My fiance and I visited Gosanko Chocolate on Saturday. They were at the Seattle Wedding Expo and we want to use them at our wedding. The chocolate is delicious, and despite what an earlier review said the truffles were wonderful. I liked the fact that the chocolate coating was so thick. It gave them a nice difference from other truffles I've tasted. The people (I assume the owners?) were very personable and invited me to vote on a ribbon color for new packaging. We are using them for gift bags we're putting together for our out-of-town guests. Even though they're pretty far away from (I live in Ballard), I would make the trip to Auburn to buy chocolate from them again.
