I just moved to the area and saw the salon (Bronz Beauty was the name on the door) I stopped in to see what they had to offer. I was not greeted the girl said ""do you have an appt"" whe I said ""no"" she said there was nothing available ( no hello, how are you - NOTHING) I walked out and went to a salon down the street and gave them my $100 for an unlimited month. I told the gorl at the new salon and she was not suprised. This company closed the doors one day and didn't tell their paid customers. I wanted to complain and called the Bronze Beauty on Division and they are not associated (notice spelling on store front) and she confirmed the story of the salon I went to. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! There are too many salon around to have horrible customer service. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
