I recently took my grandmother's engagement ring to have it resized. While there, I asked Kim about repairing or possibly resetting another ring my late husband had given to me 20 years ago. The ring needed a lot of work. Kim found almost the exact same setting and it turns out that it was cheaper to purchase the new setting than try to repair the original. I can't say enough about the awesome customer service and the great price. I will definitely recommend them to others and go back myself.
