This was a horrible experience. From being ignored upon arrival at the counter while the woman flirted with the man in front of us to the woman than making us think that we were required to take some level of their insurance (although our own insurance covered us) to the hidden fees that make Thrifty significantly MORE expensive than other rental companies. This truly was a horrible rental experience that I will NEVER repeat again. Our "subtotal" for 4 days renting was $176 after all the fees they added on and the insurance we didn't need but were made to take however our total was almost $395! Absolutely RIDICULOUS. No matter what price you are quoted on line you actual receipt will be completely different so save yourself and your bank account the trauma and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
