We understood that we were calling the same day of the service and Shawn told us he would get to us by 5:00pm. When they couldn't they called and let us know they needed anothe hour. This was ok and I really was immpressed that they didn't show up late without any notice.
When the repairman got here he went straight to work without a lot of small talk. It took him about a minute to locate the problem. They were very fair on there prices and I was impressed with Shawn's followup. I would do business with them again.
