I am 53 years old. I have seen a lot optomitrist in my life. Dr Gaterbaum is the best I've seen. My wife was unhappy with at least one of the receptionist. She will not go back, but I personally have only had good experiences with everyone in the office. I high recommend Dr. Gaterbaum to everyone.
