They are a decent and honest business. The vet I dealt with is a good guy and he didn't try to get me to spend unnecessary money. I had a dealing with them in the beginning which left me unsatisfied, but the vet attempted to make this up to me. I was then satisfied. I found that they were receptive to criticism and in the end they did provide my pet with the good care I wanted. I would recommend them but I would say, if your pet is the nervous type, call ahead and ask for tranquilizers.
