I cancelled an appointment 2 weeks in advance with Dr.Alice and they sent me a statement saying that I had had a missed appointment fee of 109.00 ,I looked at my appointment card and the receptionist wrote the wrong date on there, and they still would not take the charge off of my account...
Pros: Nice staff
Cons: office looks like we are in the 60's
