I was looking through the reviews and saw one from by CSMobileUser (03/03/2009) about Lisa and a bad haircut. I was in the salon that day -- Lisa was not gossiping with clients -- she was focused on trying to make this woman's BAD HAIR look like the picture she was holding. CSMobileUser was rude to Jenni and Lisa --- CSMobileUser made a scene -- gasping -- putting her hands over her face -- whining -- it was like watching an emotionally unbalanced person. Lisa blow-dries my hair regularly and anyone who has been in the salon knows Lisa does not turn her head away from her clients. Good luck to the next salon who takes care of CSMobileUser -- and be prepared for a bad review. CSMobileUser can't be satisfied because she wants something she doesn't have -- good hair. On a more positive note.... if you want excellent salon services -- Irene Dinov's is the place to go.
