Took my car there for a tune up. Usually costs around $100 for new plugs, air filter and oil change. The owner, Kerry happened to be the person who worked on my car. Broke the sparkplug in the head and charged me the 3 hours of labor to remove it because he didnt have a clue how to take them out. (I have a Ford btw, not something wacky). The he broke the air filter housing and charged me for the replacement. Total was over 6 hours of work, never did the oil change, it still had the same performance filter I put on it last oil change, and the oil was gritty and dark black on the dipstick, plus parts. $450+ for a tune up. Held my keys hostage when I argued that I didnt authorize any repairs over $150. I thought i was saving myself time and supporting a locally owned business, I should have just did it myself.
