The customer service is terrible. The girl at the front desk has been consistently rude to my husband and I when we have dropped our dog off for boarding. She is consistently chatting loudly and obnoxiously with the same client. I mentioned this to the owner and have yet to receive a response.
Pros: large facility
Cons: horrible receptionist, unresponsive owners
