Being an athlete and getting older I seem to injure myself with things that I would not think twice before. After going through multiple physical therapists and chiropractors I can not express how happy I was to finally find someone who knows what he is doing. Now after 6 years I can not imagine been able to keep going without him. He knows his sports injuries, lots of knowledge for overall health, and a ton of suggestions for preventative maintenance. I wish I was a better listener to the preventative maintenance part but then where is the fun in that... Oh and make time for a massage too they are worth every penny.
