Madonna's is a place my girlfriend brought me to as her favorite spot downtown when we first started dating. I have to say, when Scotty is working, what start as a couple beers always seems to turn into 10 and next thing you know its closing time. The place never fails to entertain me and time seems to fly while I'm there. I might have even been persuaded to give it a 5 star rating if I didn't associate it so strongly with a 5 star hangover. Also, if Scotty worked every night, that'd be perfect. Maybe when cloning comes down in price. Word of warning though, if you visited the place on a Friday or Saturday, you're likely to get a different vibe. You get a lot of young drunk people wandering over from the bars next door and they are often times rude and obnoxious because they think the place is just a hole in the wall and they can do whatever they want. In truth, the place is a bit dark and dingy inside which is doesn't match my preference. In the same vein though, I've had some of the best conversation with people at that bar. It's a neat place.
