I started taking classes at InsideOut 4 years ago. It was my first experience w/ Pilates, and I fell in love w/ it! I started w/ mat classes and then began taking equipment classes & private lessons. The staff's knowledge is unparalleled in the area. This studio also offers a training program licensed by The Pilates Center in Boulder, CO in which you can train to become a Pilates instructor. They recently expanded to a new space in Sutton Station which is open & airy & provides a wonderful ambience. In addition to Pilates, they offer Rolfing, Yoga, Tai Chi, Massage, Physical Therapy, Acupunture, Gyrotonic & Gyrokinesis. I'll never go anywhere else.
