They are the only authourized service center for my dvd player. Blackies had it for 9 weeks, with me calling for updates on it at least 7 times, with no concern from them. They didn't care at all, how do i know, they charged me $170, had it for 9 weeks and didn't fix it. I don't understand how they could be in business for that long. They will not call you back when say, I'll have to call you back, so don't believe them. They lie, cheat and steal. You know how they got out of not fixing it, they wrote on the work order they could not reproduce the problem. It less than five minutes for me to produce the problem when i got it home. Remember they had it for 9 weeks and they couldn't even call me up to ask about the problem. They are scammers. Your better of sending it back to the factory.
