This establishment was directed by GE Extended Warranty Services to inspect my LCD monitor/TV for a vertical line that was diminishing the quality of my viewing. The ""technicians"" sent to my house called the anomaly ""burn-in"" and said that GE would not cover it. The maker of my monitor (Toshiba) claimed (as did I) that LCD monitors DO NOT burn-in and said that I should get a second opinion. I confronted Gabe's who said that they stood by their technicians' evaluation. I have since gone out of my way to commission a second opinion and GE has agreed to overturn the technically inept opinion of Gabe's Electronics and repair my monitor under my extended warranty conditions. The arrogance of this establishment is reason enough to avoid them at all costs! They get proven that they were wrong and even worse, they won't admit when they were wrong.
