9.90 full service oil change special sign caught my eye as well as fit my budget. No disclaimers were on sign or no where in store to be found. When I went inside i was told this only included 4 quarts , any more would be a few bucks more per quart. I explained to manager that 5 quarts is a normal full service oil change and was rudely told by him to take my car somewhere else then. I guess customers arent this places # 1 priority.
Cons: customer service leaves much to be desired
