Salesperson was probably one of the rudest people I've ever met. He didn't introduce himself. Very condescending like a typical used car salesman. We were shopping as a responsible consumer would do. We told him that another dealer had given us a really good price and wanted to see if they could do something around the same range. He said no. We told we would have to go back to the other dealer. The other dealer is Sewell Lexus. He said ok and walked away..no thanks, no nothing. They've lost our business forever. Park Place Lexus will not wash your car for you if you brought from another dealer, but other lexus dealer will wash your car if you brought it from them. Seems like Sewell Lexus of Dallas is customer service oriented, but Park Place is not. BTW, the salesperson name at Park Place Lexus was John Pak.
