I ordered pizza during traveling for work, I was informed that it would take 45 minutes to have my food delivered. The food did not come for 2 hours, and was cold. Since it was almost midnight I went to bed, because I had to wake up early. I called to complain in the morning, the morning manager told me he would have the evening manager call me back. I wasnt called back, I called to ask why there was a delay and the manager said he lost my number. They wouldnt refund my pizza, I was frusterated so I wanted to have the owner call me, he never did.
