Broken pipe in my bath upstairs, I had water leaking down the walls in the basement then boom, the ceiling fell in. I had called these guys when I got home from work, showed up pretty darn quick, everyone else I called said next day or 3-4 hours. When I talked to the office girl, she told me how to shut off the water main into my house, (wonderful) plumbers showed up, ripped out the ceiling and found out I had old rotted out cast iron pipes, fixed the pipe with new one, charged a whole $165 (deal) for an hour and now I've got them coming back to replace all the cast in the house. I had no idea that was why my water was always kinda reddish - it was rotted. I wont use anyone else, these guys are on the ball, reasonable and I feel like I got my very own plumber now.
Pros: quick, called on the job 2 hours later, saved my basement
