We shopped at the Biltmore Macy's many times over the 2008 Christmas holiday. We were very impressed with their sales and most of all with their friendly and helpful sales staff.
I was so impressed! I kept thinking we were at Nordstroms, I had NO idea Macy's had the same caliber service.
Pros: Great selection!
Cons: Too close to my house (lol)
