I will never take my jewelry elsewhere. Kim and Thomas are home town folks in a down town setting, with elegance and class to match. I often visit the store just to check out the latest in Tom's beautiful creations. Breathtaking to say the least and fairly priced as well. They clean my rings and ear rings for no charge and sized my wedding ring down 2 whole sizes with no residual clues of any alterations. Conveniently located on the first floor of the Star Park parking garage at the corner of 6th and Alder, and only one block from Pioneer Square. So to justify my 5 Star rating...... Great location, plenty of parking, malls and eateries near by and last but not least; the commitment to a job well done at a reasonable price.
Pros: lower level of parking garage makes parking a piece of cake. You dont know customer service till you meet KIm
