The owner added extra charges to the bill once the job was done despite having given a fixed price contract. Also, any discount offered is not a discount as the price given is just jacked up to cover any "discount". Some of their painters do good work and some of their painters do not do good work. So you do not know what kind of quality you will get. But it is the business practices that are the real problem.
